Jordan Bergstein

Jordan started his career in 1992 at Northwestern Mutual Life in New York City.

In 1993, he joined the boutique Life Insurance/Executive Benefits firm, Daniels Capital Strategies, where he was formally trained in advanced markets (executive benefits, deferred compensation, life insurance and estate planning).

In 1998, Jordan started JSB Associates, a full-service insurance brokerage, where he continued his personal focus on building a strong clientele, specializing in commercial property and casualty, employee benefits, personal lines coverage and life insurance. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, large privately held corporations and small businesses, as well as high net worth individual private clients.

In 2007, JSB Associates was acquired by Risk Strategies Company, a full-service national insurance brokerage firm. Jordan continued to grow his book of business within Risk Strategies and is a top 10 producer by revenue.

In May of 2016, Jordan founded and leads Risk Strategies’ National Life Practice. The division specializes in personal, family, estate, business continuity, and corporate planning, utilizing life, disability, and long term care programs. Through the structure, marketing, and initiatives he created, the department is growing quickly and generating tremendous traction, nearly tripling historic annual Life revenues. Producers and account executives within Risk Strategies continue to provide numerous cross-selling opportunities from their existing accounts. Currently, the Practice manages close to 125 cases in underwriting generated by over 200 producers and account execs throughout the company.

Jordan graduated from American University in 1991 and holds a certificate in financial planning from New York University.
